Expert workmanship & service!  They re-did my 2002 Chevy Silverado from bumper to bumper including a new paint job. "She" looks brand new, I get a ton of compliments & everyone wants to buy it. Went to 3 auto-body/collision centers and Great overall experience.  Rapid was the only one to work with us on scheduling where we could keep the car until all the required parts arrived. This reduced the overall downtime and was vital to us as the car was operational and was needed to get to school and work.  The other shops quoted 3-4 week downtimes which was absurd.  Car was repaired and looks immaculate.  Daughter was very happy with the results of the work.

Five stars for the way they treat people.

We had the opportunity to meet and talk with Jeff at Rapid Collision Center, and I have to say, he is the kind of person you don't run across very often anymore. He’s a handshake kind of guy, straightforward, genuine, personable, and someone who makes you feel like you're dealing with a human being rather than just another customer.

From our first conversation, Jeff took the time to listen, communicate, answer questions, and make us feel comfortable. There was no pressure, no sales pitch, and no feeling that we were simply another job walking through the door. It was old-school customer service in the best possible sense.

For personal reasons completely unrelated to Rapid Collision Center, we ultimately did not have our vehicle repaired there. That decision had absolutely nothing to do with Jeff, his team, the facility, or our confidence in their ability to handle the repair. In fact, that's what makes writing this review so important to me.

I’m genuinely sorry we didn't get the opportunity to do business with them.

Sometimes you meet someone in the course of doing business and immediately recognize that they're a good person. That's how I felt after meeting Jeff. I walked away feeling like I had met somebody I could trust, and that says a lot.

My hat is off to Jeff and his entire team. If the way Jeff treats people is any indication of how they operate, I have no hesitation giving Rapid Collision Center five stars for customer service, communication, professionalism, and simply knowing how to treat people. Great feel.

I just wish we had gotten the chance to do business together.
